Adult Man Doing Laps In The Pool
This clinic introduces all four competitive strokes and begins to build endurance for those events.  It starts with a vigorous plyometric training program derived from a combination of Division I collegiate programs.

For: Ages 12 and up Min: 10 Max: 40
Dates: June 26th—July 28th (5 weeks) Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 7:00 - 8:30 am
Location: Torrington High School Track & Besse Pool
Fee: $150.00 per person: $50.00 discount per sibling
(for example: 2 children $250.00)
Instructor: Brian Arnold, THS Boys Swim Team Head Coach

Those interested may sign up at the Torrington Parks and Recreation Department in the Armory ( 153 South Main Street, Torrington ), Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, except holidays or by visiting: https://torringtonct.myrec.com
