The Torrington Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting registrations for the 2022 Men’s Softball Season. Rosters and Rules Packets are now available online on the Parks and Recreation Department website or at the Parks and Recreation Department.
The entry fee for the Men’s League will be $800.00.00 per team in All Divisions for the 2023 season. There will not be a cap on the number of Non-Resident Players for each team, this is a flat fee per team. PLEASE NOTE: If we do not have a sufficient number of teams register to have a designated “A” Division, we may create A/B, C, and D Divisions; with all teams within each division playing each other equally.
Playoffs will be the same as last year. The A/B teams will have separate playoffs based on end of the season seedings.
The entry fee for the Women’s League will be $750.00 per team in All Divisions for the 2022 season. There will not be a cap on the number of Non-Resident Players for each team, this is a flat fee per team. PLEASE NOTE: If we do not have a sufficient number of teams register to have a designated “A” Division, “A” Division Teams will play “B” Divisions Teams once each and then play the remainder of their games against “A” Division Teams and Vice Versa for “B” Division Teams. The “A” and “B” Divisions will also have a separate playoff series against the teams in their respective divisions.
Important: All Team Rosters and League Fees will be due on April 17, 2023. Waivers will be due on May 5, 2023.
There will be a mandatory managers meeting on April 20 at 6:00 PM at the Armory. Please sign up early to secure your teams spot and help facilitate our planning efforts.
